The event is being held in Hawthorne, California and is scheduled to start at 8PM PT / 11PM ET. Tesla’s website should have a livestream, while a separate product page has already been set up for the new truck at tesla.com/semi.
The Tesla semi truck is expected to boast a range of at least 300 miles and CEO Elon Musk has been teasing details for months about self-driving capabilities for the heavy-duty Class 8 vehicle intended for long-range day trips. But there are plenty of details to fill in about the truck and improvements to the company’s charging network, as well as other developments at the company since the Model 3 launch in July.
